Scunthorpe Cosgrove Guest House conditions

Rules and cancellation policy

· The normal occupancy period is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on day of departure, if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later prior arrangements can be made.

· The Cosgrove Guest House takes credit/debit card details as cancellation and damage assurance, we accept payment in cash or cheque as well.

· Customers wishing to cancel their reservation must do so at least 24 hours before the date of arrival, otherwise the Cosgrove reserves the right to charge the full amount for the first nights reservation to the customer’s credit/debit card.

· Smoking is not permitted inside the Cosgrove. An excess cleaning charge will be made to anyone who has been smoking in any of the rooms in the hotel. Guests can use the garden to smoke.

· All guests are responsible for their personal behaviour.

· The Cosgrove reserves the right to charge for any damages and extra cleaning incurred to the property.
